How do I order a custom song?

Use our guided order wizard to tell us about the person, the occasion, and any personal details you want included. The entire process takes about 5 minutes.

What information do I need to provide?

You will need the recipient's name, the occasion, your preferred genre and vocal style, and a short story or description of what makes this person or moment special.

Can I specify a particular musical style or sound?

Yes. In the final step of the order wizard, there is a Music Direction field where you can describe the sound you are looking for.

Song Production

How long does production take?

Most songs are produced and delivered within 24 hours. We also offer 2 Hour Rush Delivery for last-minute moments.

Will my song sound professional?

Yes. Every song is fully produced with professional-quality vocals, instrumentation, and mixing.

Delivery and Sharing

How will I receive my song?

You will receive an email with a link to listen, download, and share your song.

Can I share my song with others?

Yes. Every completed song comes with a unique share link that you can send to friends and family.

Revisions and Satisfaction

How do revisions work?

Reply to any delivery email within 24 hours describing what isn't right based on what you originally shared with us. Our team will review your feedback and produce an updated version of your song. Please note: remakes are based on your original order details — any changes to names, memories, or updating song preferences are considered a new order.

Is there a limit on revisions?

Every order includes 2 free revisions to make sure you are completely satisfied.

How much does a custom song cost?

Can I get a refund?

If you are not satisfied with your song after revisions, please reach out to us at [email protected]. For any issues caused by a technical error on our end, a full refund will be provided.
